Thread: Mystery wiring on 93 D1

When I pulled up at the station today I noticed that I had soem wiring hanging down from the back of my D1.

I had a quick inspection of the section of wiring and it appears to be part of the larger factory loom and ia hanging from where it passes through a mount in the rear diff.

It is a group of 3 wires Black, Back w/ white and red.

I was hoping to get some help identifying where this wiring should be terminating and what is now not functioning. The car drove normally this morning so I am assuming it is not something critical..... I hope

Do you have a trailer socket? That's all I could think of.
