Seems perfectly clear to me. Disconnect the +ve ignition feed from the coil, connect it to the msd red wire and the ignition amp +ve wire. Disconnect the negative side connection to the coil from the amp and connect it to the msd white wire. The white/black wire is the ECU crank pickup and should probably be connected here too. Connect the coil exactly as in the picture and leave off the suppressor. The 3 wires from the dissy pick up to the amp are two to the amp and an earth shield, they are not the coil trigger wire as shown in your pic.
You are effectively replacing the stock coil with the msd and then driving the coil with the msd orange and black output wires.
