If you are fortunate (like I was) you will find the wiring loom already in the doors. I had a basic 3.5V8 two door and when I went to add central locking I found the wiring was already there.

you can also buy kits that just have the controller, but no actuators, and just tap into the current wiring to use the factory ones, that would be the way i go

Ivan - my car already has c/locking but key actuated from drivers door.

Leave it alone, stick with what you have, less things to go wrong, But definitely change the seats, the later (90's) Falcons had height adjustable seats, thought I'd drop that in while here, Regards Frank.

jaycar have them, i'd say autobarn and the like would have them also
That's handy, I too have the manual central locking without alarm. I'll have to sus' that out.
