might be an idea to have a second person to put their foot on the brake before you slide under to see if a drive shalf is spinning

Wouldn't this just test the front drive line as the handbrake is holding the rear from moving. Probably best to have someone in the car with there foot on the brake to test both ends wouldn't it.
