Thread: My 1 st Disco

Thanks for the info everyone. I have already had a look at the D2 In Launceston - I offered him a bit less than his asking price, and got no reply...
The D2 had the 3 amigos issue & a bit of a notchy gearbox too.
So I have just bought a D1 1995 Tdi; it has about 370k on the clock but motor, gearbox etc all feels & sounds good. Also comes with 7 seats, bull bar, tow bar, snorkel, new stereo & driving lights - I paid $2800.
I think this should be a good base for a project that I can own for quite a few years.
