According to Beeutey you can fit VN commodore or EL falcon injectors. Good luck anyway mate!

V6 or V8 Or is there no difference between them

Well it seems to have been a combination of Problems.
No.1- Fuel reg for the injectors was shot & leaking into the Vaccume breather.
No.2- The vaccume advance plate inside the dizzy was shot as well & not lifting/moving at all.
No.3- New plugs 3 weeks ago needed replacing, as they were shot from the over fueling.

So replaced the fuel reg, whole dizzy and a new set of plugs.
Re done the timing & away she went, was nice to hear her again.
Also replaced the choke sensor, stays a little high when cold but drops nicely when up to temp.
All in all very happy now
Hope this might help others too.

    Paul

From his post I believe its the V6 and that would make sense as the ford is a 4L and the holden is a 3.8L. I also found a link that someone used reco ford mustang injectors from the states which worked for them. Below is the original thread.

I've got the Mustang injectors in my V8, and they work well. Cost me $79 delivered for a set of 8.

I've been told by a mobile mech that he thought it was just leaking injectors, fuel leaking onto top of pistons overnight.
