1. Before you torch it, offer it to someone with more skills?
2. Learn how to use a multi meter, youtube is probably full of tutorials.
3. Work out how and where to test for spark.
4. check that the ignition coil is getting power when you turn on the ignition key.
5. All that random parts swapping gives you is a migraine.

and 7. buy a cheap timing light off ebay, under $40 ones will do.
