Hi guys/gals,
running 31" tyres i notice i have lost quite a bit of pull and want to get some back with a increase in turbo boost and injector pump increase.......now im aware that this will effect my Exhaust Gas Temps and thus am planning on upping the intercooler to counter this. The intercooler upgrades from Allisport look good but justifying 1k for an intercooler sounds awfully expensive. Have found a generic full size intercooler that i believe i could fit between the grill and the thermo fans for the aircon (or maybe put thermos in front of it....Tomato TOMATO.......). Has anybody done this on an airconditioned disco diesel and if so got any pics/advice? Is there a down side? what do you guys think of this intercooler i found, any advice?
