My 215/85R16's and 255/65R16's don't hit the guards on the back. I'm surprised the 245/75's do.
I have a 50mm lift and my 245/75/16s don't hit the guards.
To me it seems that it won't rub neither. I'll have to do some exact measurements. But yes you are all right, lift doesn't stop rubbing.
do a search on Bridgestone tyre site. It lists most tyre sizes with all the info you need to find the answer to your question.
I have 265,s the front rub on full lock and needed a fair bit cut off the rear guard speedo is slightly under about 2 k at 100 with fuel pump tweaked no problems accelerating it was a little sluggish at first
The camel cut is to prevent the tyres hitting the rear of the rear guard, tyre height is another matter.
I'm also running 265/75's but with a 3" lift so i dont hit any guards just the radius arms.
