This temp over flow, is it still the highest point in the motor?
Have you bleed your cooling system?
Oil level fine?
Checked to see if the water is flowing? Or a pressure test?
No water in the oil or visa vera indicating a blown seal?
Blocked rad?

and I know some of the parts we need to get (Karcraft have quoted us on over $700 worth, and we have the funds), I'm just not sure what we really need and don't want to bugger it up, basically!
