    Smile Steering wheel spline?

    Does anyone out there know if the steering wheel internal spline of a late '80's Range Rover Classic (non air bag) is the same as the spline of a '98 Disco 1 steering wheel (also non air bag), I have access to a wrecked '88 RRC wheel.
    I am looking to make up a centre hub for the Disco to fit a SAAS wheel, they do not seem to have any listed in the catalogue I have seen to suit Land Rover.
    Thought if the RRC spline was compatible it would save trying to get a junked Disco steerer.

    Not sure about '98 Disco, but '86RRC, '88RRC and '93D1 are all the same spline tho.
