Angry How to find and repair/replace spider unit

    Hi,
    we own a 99 Td5 and think she's great!
We just puchased a 98 V8 and having had it for 4 days has decided to play up.
I've done some research into possible causes and found out about The Definitive Alarm Spider.

This is a very useful link with pics and good guidance - hope it helps some of you

    Cheers,
    Daina

Thanks Dainmar for your help, mines a 6month/1996 build date and has no spider in dash, so I'll start to look for C225 and C274 and pins 10 and 11, I know where to look thanks to you . IF only I had idea what I was looking for, whats a C225 and C274 look like . Thanks again for your help, if you happen to know what I'm looking for send me a photo please.
    Thanks..... John
