lots of contradictions here. maybe disocs are very different to each other. the 265/75 tyres are almost identical in dia to the 235/85 so i would have thought they would make noticeable differences to take off.
the 245/70 however is 2 inches less overall so the difference to that would assume to be marginal.
i was always wanting to go up to 235/85 but when you do the math they seem a LOT bigger than you think. my disco is already quite lazy. not sure if that size is the go. they look good though and give good diff clearances.
i also noticed the 235/85 is much more expensive than other sizes. possibly coz not as popular.
do the 245/70 fit on the factory rims? do you need offsets etc.? dont want to fork out more on steels.
