    This is the one's I use. I tow a van on a trip once a year over some pretty rough dirt roads and change my coupling before I go just for piece of mind. I tow it more than once a year but this one trip the van is usually loaded to its max. Ive changed out the centre bush a couple of times but it seems to last quite a bit longer than the coupling.
