Thread: Dropping revs then stalling

Hey guys,
The disco has every now and then when you pull the clutch in drop revs right down to 100, it then sometimes picks back up again and sometimes stalls.
It also doesnt do this all the time. It may go a week running fine then just start doing it for a few days then stop again. It like it can't find the correct rpm to be at. Any ideas???

Assuming you're talking about a V8, then the stepper motor (rear left hand corner of the plenum) is a good place to start. Take it out and clean it, search on here for instructions, this one comes up often.
