Do u have lights on your dash? Some/maybe all run on same circuit

Yes I have changed all globes before asking.
95 model
In the bumper you have indicators and tail lights.
In the pillar there is places for 4 globes each side currently I have 3 each side and there is 6 wires coming out of the plug so I would assume I should have 4 working globes per pillar.
So currently starting from the top I have
brake works
empty no globe holder or anything (tail light or indicator would be my guess)
reverse works
bulb never lights up (again tail light or indicator would be my guess)
Not actually sure if any are meant to be indicators as my lens covers are all red

Normal and nothing wrong that there is a bulb position that does nothing in the body lights. Originally tail lights were on the body but when they were moved to the bumper the body tail lights were disabled. Yes there is an active tail light wire there and it is possible to reconnect it. I've done it on mine.
As stated, this is normal. You may also find one of them is a rear fog light (button the left of the dash behind steering wheel) if its fitted to your model.
They removed the body lights after putting some in the bumper so as to meet ADR's. There is some rubbish about having too many rear facing lights in there. Reconnecting them is "illegal" from what I understand. Though I don't know of anyone that has been done for it. Its a stupid rule either way.

I was told by the LR dealer that it was because of the sideways swinging door. If you're parked on the side of the road and open the back door, the door blocks view of the right hand tail light for cars coming towards you. If it's in the bumper, it will still be visible.
