Valve Clearances + power steering fluid question

I'm doing the valve clearances on the weekend and was just wondering, i have looked at all the info on here regarding the job and i have a fair idea how to do it. the only things that i saw never mentioned on any of them is:

    a. i assume because not mentioned that all valve clearances (0.202mm or 8 thou) are done on a cold engine?

    b. is the 0.202mm for both inlet and exhaust? all valve clearances the same? i always though exhaust was different as they heat up more and expand more?

    Thanks

also, i have some of that lucas power steering stop leak. do you apply the whole bottle or just a bit of it? i was going to flush fluid but it's actually very clean, a little bit on the low side. i can just top it up with the lucas stuff but will only be 1/4 of the bottle. should i drain some fluid and then dump the whole bottle in?

    thanks again.

Yes engine cold 0.2mm same on all valves, i printed off the guide from difflock.com (which i now cant find ) and laminated them so i could have them on the engine while i did the clearances.
The lucas bottle may advise how much to add.

Cant help with Valve question but I used that lukas stop leak as I had a bad leak and decided that to give it a go before changing all the seals, I drained the ps and used the whole bottle, it stopped the leak but not after getting a lot worse first, took about a week before leak gradually stopped, still intend to do all seals and hoses but got a bit of grace time now.
