Loanrangie is likely referring to the OP's previous thread the other day. He has had a number of overheating issues.
I would probably agree with loanrangie on this one. From the previous events I reckon the head gasket probably isn't far off of being gone if it isn't stuffed already.
Good luck with it mate. Oh and ditto on the clip for the cable on the alternator. Mine needed a rubbing to get rid of a little corrosion, plus a slight bend to keep it tight.
