disco stalling
hi guys my 3.9 disco keeps stalling when at lights or driving slowly have to get out take fuse to petrol pump out wind over till starts put fuse back in or i have to drive with foot on accelerator to keep revs up can anyone give me some info into how to fix cheer john

I'm surprised that you haven't got a thousand replies yet. There are few things that can cause this.
Idle air valve
Ignition Amp (search the site for Bee Uteys Bosch upgrade)
Distributor (go OEM for cap and rotor, check the vacuum advance and check that the mechanical advance hasn't seized up)
Your injectors could be dribbling causing flooding at low revs

Also check the little 1/4inch diameter hose from the rear of the plenum body, drivers side rear behind engine, it is the IAC to fuel pressure regulator hose.
And check the throttle housing vacuum hose that goes to rear of plenum, if this come off it will note idle correctly or keep running without your foot on the pedal.
IF exhaust is sooty, and plugs are black, it could be a stuffed MAF. Wet plugs could be a leaking injector/s
