    Grille removal

    Apart from the 3 screws on top what else is holding a late D1 grille in place ?
    Looks like a couple of speed clips in the bottom corners but i can see or feel ant screws there ?

    Unclip one of the indicators, then remove the plastic moulding underneath it (one M6 nut). You will see the moulding inserts itself into the bottom of the grille. Once you have one side off, you can pull the grille to that side after you have undone the top three screws.
