    engine not pulling

    Hay all,

    Ive got a 3.9 hotwire, and something is driving me nuts, When running gas, the engine runs and pulls normal, but when on petrol it idles ok, it revs with no load ok, BUT ut load on it and it wont pull, like its lost 60HP.

    Ive changed spark plugs, and rotor button

    Anyone have any ideas,

    Sounds like a dying fuel pump or blocked inlet screen. Take out the fuel filter, drain it backwards into a clean container and look for gunk. Anything that comes out of the filter has been through the pump. VN Commode pumps are compatible with a little bit of work.
