    fitting airflow snorkel

    I'm going to be fitting this snorkel kit today and wondered if anyone else had fitted the same kit? anything i need to watch out for whilst fitting? cheers

    Been away and slow reply sorry.

    I have one of these, check the template position by measuring / holding the snorkel to the bodywork. If I had gone with the template position as supplied it would have been a bit off.

    Got any pics of how it mounts to the air box I'm keen to get one of these

    Fitting went ok but totally ave to agree with the don't trust the template thing! i went with the template, lined it up perfectly with the guard without thinking, test bolted it up afterwards and couldn't open the passengers door!

    Then did what i should of done from the start, stuck a bit of grease on the bolts and snorkle hole, pushed it up against the fender and had perfect marks for where to re-drill... just glad all the holes are hidden!
