Thread: New Cylinder Head

Looks very flash.

Certainly is shiny.

Anyone know what these are? Were with my rocker assembly but cannot figure what for. I thought for the ends but it doesn't fit and on my pics from before they aren't shown.

Also, the rocker assembly doesn't go all the way down so it sits flush on the head, guess it's just a matter of a bit of wiggling.

Yup, rocker assembly may take bit of wiggling to go to it's place. Try to push both sides down evenly from the start, that will help. Make sure that clearance adjusting points are backed off enough!!!

Tose are the extra bits that you are supposed to have left over after everything is finished

Those go into your rocker cover holes before the bolts. If you look around you'll probably find third one either on one of rocker cover bolts or still in rocker cover.

And they go where? Under rocker cover where those bolts with the holes go?

Starting to look like an engine again. Taking a while but I'm cleaning every little part i put back, including bolts and nuts.
