You don't actually need any 'special' tools. A drill bit of a suitable diameter (3/8" I think) will hold the injection pump pulley and the crank timing pin can be created by drilling a 5mm hole in the centre of the relevant plug (front face of the flywheel housing plate on the rear of the engine). If you tap a 6mm thread in the middle of the plug, you can use a 40mm long threaded 6mm bolt as a timing pin with the first 5mm of thread removed to 5mm diameter, gently engage this pin for timing and fit a short 6mm bolt to plug the hole afterwards.
The best way to hold the crank for pulley nut removal/refitting is to remove the starter motor, insert a suitable 3/8 drive deep socket through the notch visible and engage a torque converter bolt head.
