    manual to auto change

I an considering buying a TDI300 engine from a Defender to put in my Discovery, my question is a 300 coming out of a manual and going onto an auto gearbox, is there any changes to be made other than changing the flywheels over and of course radiators.

If you have a motor in the disco at present then you will have everything you need.
    The radiators are indentical.

    Things to swap.
Adapter plate on rear of motor.
Kick down cable bracket on injector pump.
    Flywheel for flexplate.
Defender will have aircleaner bracket under headbolts which will cause issues.

    Probably a few more items.
