    Driver door wont " unlock"

I am having an issue where the drivers do wont "unlock" the latch.

Without operating the lock ( via the key or inside button ) the door opens and shuts perfectly

When I press the lock button ( or use key ) it locks but then wont unlock. The only way I can unlock it is to use a coathanger down the door and raise the horizontal pin at the top of the latch mechanism, which then unlocks the door

I am wondering if there is an adjustment for the lock mechanism so that when the lock button is raised it unlocks the latch as it looks like the button is sitting low when in the locked position

I am aware of the door spring issue, but I dont think it is that....but i maybe wrong

The mechanical/electrical actuator has gone. My sons D2 is the same atm until we change it, will also lock with remote but not unlock. Will open with the key and from the inside. Common issue. Apparently the motor loses enough oomph to open.

The actuator is fine, no issue there. Unlocks and locks all 4 doors

It seems more like an adjustment issue with the 'lock" to make it unlock

Other than that the door lock is as good as perfect

I had similar a while back.
I cleaned and lubed all the lock linkages ( with silicon lube )and anything that moved.
    It has been ok since.

    Found the problem

Looks like the outside door opening control rod was over adjusted, so wound it back a few turns and BINGO...door lock works perfect :-)
