    Seats

Do any of the later model front seats bolt straight in to a 1998 model? Thanks, Paul.

D2 may, but why would you want to? D1 seats are more comfortable than electrically controlled and heated, leather D2 counterparts.

^^^ What Ian said. Everyone commented on how comfy my D1 seats were. I did have fair dinkum, wool covers on them.

My mate wanted to put some in his Hilux, but they wouldn't fit.

Also what Ian said. My D1, with it's nearly dead seats, is more comfortable than my D2. I'd prefer to go the other way, but that would require engineering approval.

But, to answer the question asked, I'd say no. The whole mounting arrangement changed when the D1 was superseded.

Oh wow, not saying the D2 seats are perfect, but I’d take them over my D1 seats any day.
    Cheers
