Yes they will rub ( unless you're only going to go to Coles in it )-But for 245/75 you don't need the full "camel cut" which may be scaring you a bit.
So you have two choices 1) leave it and risk damaging your panels ( don't ask me how I know ), or 2) trim. I guess if you get the lift and tyres on then gently flex it up on a culvert or something you'll soon find out.
Just try trimming the inner lip of the rear quarter panel ( the horizontal lip ) at 45 deqrees first. ( you can do it with a pair of aviation snips - it's only alloy ) If it still rubs you might need to consider a small trim on the vertical part of the panel.
Here's the trim I had to finally put on mine -it doesn't touch with this cut ( well not that I've found ). The shot is a close up and makes it look worse than it actaully is.
