    Oops, I didn't even realise I hadn't put the price down. Coffs Harbour 4WD Centre sells them for $260. He imports alot of their gear too, including the intercooler upgrades and silicone hoses.

    stupid question time... doesn't having a bullet proof header tank just move the weak link elsewhere in the cooling system? unless of course the cap is the weak point? I know they had a reputation for splitting the original tanks, but surely that is better than splitting a radiator tank?

    I guess you're talking about having high pressure in your cooling system. I can't imagine you'd ever really see it higher than 15psi and as far as I can imagine, the original tanks would probably split more due to the fact that they're two pieces of plastic welded together and are constantly heated and cooled.
