Well my steering wheel cover arrived today...so postage was pretty quick

Spent just over an hour stitching it on only to find it didn't fit....too big

even though this is the one for the disco there was about 1.5 inches worth of excess leather when I got around to the top so I had to spend another 15mins getting it off again.

I have contacted the company and lets see what they say

I imagine all US Disco's would have had airbags, so maybe the wheel is a different size. (I know the non airbag wheel on mine seems "fatter")

May be you could take it to one of those mall shoe repair counters and have them alter it. If too long in Circumference, get them to cut and restitch it together. They fix womens hand bags , shoes etc, surely they would have the expertise and equipment to do the job for little $.
Might save you a bit of frustration. Alrhough what you paid for should have been right in the 1st place, but the Mall is closer than the USA

I'm going to see if they change it first...in all fairness they should has i'm not at fault there sizing chart and online instructions are.

I paid 70bux for this cover so dont want to have to pay for someone to hack it up....I will deffinatley bare it in mind though should they not come through with the goods

So I just wanted to say the guy I have been dealing with so far has been really really good, with quick coms and care for getting the problem resolved.

He is sending me a new wheel cover free of charge..hopefully this one fits better.

Again I will post pics up when fitted and fits well.
