Thread: Replace Heater Core

I have a 1997 300 Tdi Discovery and have to replace the heater core, can anyone guide me or refer me to some website that can show me the best way to get it out. Thanks

Do a search on this forum. It has been covered with pics. The official way requires dash removal but the way shown on here only requires a couple of hours work .

I've used the method described here. It's surprisingly easy.
