    1998 D1 V8i - Newb Question

    Hi Everybody,

today I joined the Disco fraternity... purchased a '98 D1 V8i Petrol\Gas from my brother (excellent price and excellent condition... and if anything goes wrong I can go and beat him up)...

Anyway I have been reading the forums (mainly this particular section) and noticed previously a replacement Expansion tank in alloy, but now for the life of me I cannot find it no matter what words i use to search for it.

The expansion tank I have (old black one)(yep am aware they have a habit of leaking) has a leak, so wanted to know where to source one of the alloy replacement ones from....

I'm in Perth, but anywhere I can get one would be great.

The reason I bought the Disco... I have a lot of fishing gear and needed something to put it in... lol..

    Anyway thankyou in advance.

irrelevant to you but to anyone with a 300tdi

    Darton fabricated parts and accessories

I'm only guessing but I would say possibly cheaper than Ali sport.

Hey mate, check Rovercraft in Bayswater, pretty sure I've seen 'em there, they are awesome for all other Landy parts too!

Yer, but I'd rather replace it with something that would never split again...

I have an Allisport one in my car.

Purchased from Coffs Harbour 4WD Centre. They have them in stock.
