We got the county exhaust done for $420 (2.5'') and he had to spend a fair bit of time getting it how we wanted it so the 33's wouldn't rub

yeah funny though isn't it everyone who has had it done said note changes...(agree'd) and that the noise does not increase in the cab (disagree)

I'm planning on going around my car with some insulation and possibly spraying the inside of my wheel arches etc etc. the noise inside my cab has increased a lot and it is very noticeable....not when I have my music up loud but when I'm carry passengers the music is down to a low level and then it drones.

Ironic thing is I dont think the noise level has lifted outside of the car but I have a more distinct and earlier whistle from the car

So are we saying that the removal of centre muffler has increased noise in the cabin? I was planning on removing the little one at the rear first and see what happens.

It's probably just me but I don't get it. Why would you want to remove anything from the exhaust system? aren't they put there for a good reason ?

The idea (theory) is that removing the mufflers allows the exhaust to exit quicker so as to aleviate the ashmatic performance i guess.
