    Trying to fit Bullbar to Disco 1?

    Hi everyone,

    I am after some help. I've bought myself an ARB deluxe bullbar for my Disco 1 off ebay, the problem I have is that the bar is actually for a disco 2!

    The questions that arise from this are:
    Will it fit?, can i make it fit?, and if so what do I need to fit it, ie mounting kit?

    Any help or advice here would be much appreciated.

    i believe it will fit and sure i read here about others fitting D2 bars to D1's, did it come with mounting brackets that have a concertina section in them ? they protrude from the bar about 30cm or so.

    There will be some adapting required.

    If you phone ARB they will tell you that they are not compatible and have different part numbers.

    Possibly easer just to sell it on eBay and get another one for a D1
