My trailer light also flashes when I indicate.
I put it down to the sensor that picks up that there is a trailor connected works via current draw. Since mine has a bull bar with extra lights, the current draw went up and sensor is tricked into thinking that a trailer is connected.
I hate having warning lights flash and tell me something is wrong, some people just ignore them but I can't. I have to fix them asap.
Take a look in owners manual, they are all listed.

The only orange light on my dash tells me it is time to put more fuel in.
Before I had the gas installed, it would come on far too regularly for my liking.
There is a similar situation on the trucks I have driven in the past. On older trucks of certain types the LED lights do not draw enough current to tell the electronics to turn off the brake lights after the brakes are applied once. This even happens with a B-double sometimes. The amount of brake lights adds up to 4 or more so indicators will not draw much current either so I suspect this is why the trailer light indication in the dash would not come on with LEDs fitted to the trailer.
Just an old truckie with not much knowledge just driven old trucks and old LRs.
