    I would risk it

If you have any accidents then you hold yourself liable for legal action against you if a passenger is injured for any reason and I wouldnt like to loose my house for this decision.

Be very careful as I have a cheap arse tube bar and figure I dont have air bags and any collapsing in a prang is good as it wont bounce me around like a ping pong ball in a glass jar.

Maybe worth selling and waiting for a better more suited bar to turn up?

MAKE THE HEADING I WOULDNT RISK IT, oops

Simon, that is a ROO bar not a BULL bar
That type of bar is for adding in addition to the plastic bumper, should NEVER be used to recover off of and has all the strength of a cold lamb curry.
It'll fit your vehicle OK, but you have to leave your bumper on. OR you could make a channel and winch cradle up, and use the tubular section of it as the brush guard etc on top of the channel section?

Hey jc so this guy does not know what he's talking about??? someone asked him a question whether it replaces the bar or it goes over the top and he said it replaces it.
so does it fit onto where the steering protection bar sits??? cause it looks like the same three holes on the bar?
he must of put those recovery hooks on himself then??

I see what he is on about, but it still requires the bumper to be fitted aswell, you can see the profile shape of the bumper cut into the bottom of the uprights. I can see it has better chassis mounts than the usual, but is STILL a roobar, IE light duty and easily bent. I personally class a Bullbar as one that has a heavy channel section that will take a winch mount or cradle, tubular top structure that is welded to the channel and basically is of a lot heavier construction. Those recovery hooks look reasonable I suppose, but the bottom of those brackets may not be up to the task of a vehicle recovery IMHO.

    Keep looking Simon

Well, you couldn't make it for $100 so yes it is a very good price. Using it as a basis for a 'Jokermade' bar would be an option I reckon....

Simon im in the same boat mate. I have the srs and was looking for a bar and also took JC's advice about not putting in a non-srs compliant bar. I agree, not worth the risk!

You are better off spending the $$ and know your covered
