    D2 Wheels to fit D1 and Defender 110

    Does anyone know if the wheels from a D2 will fit into a D1 and Defender 110

    D2 wheels onto D1 or 110 are not a straight fit, the PCD goes from 120 to 165 and the bolts are a different diameter.

    ...but, as stated, wheel adaptors can be used to allow wheel changing across most models. Don't know about legalities for these though?

    I think Rovacraft in Bayswater offer them (pg 72):

    Didn't stop me driving Sydney to Adelaide and back with them on my Falcon few years back :P

    i have herd different...
    the issue is with spacers, ones the space the OE studs.
    adapters are different as they bolt to the OE studs and provide there own studs. so the issue with that will be the extra load applied to the wheel bearings and not the weakining of the studs.
    this info came from and engineer.
