Fuel Pump
Hey guys i have a 98 300Tdi Discovery with 322,000K's on the clock. I was speaking to one of the forum members a couple of nights ago about removing a plastic ring from the pump, this apparently gives more power without reducing economy i was wondering if any others have done this and how has it effected the engine good bad indifferent
Also during the process of taking this ring out is there a good chance i will need to replace the gasket?
Sorry i do not have specifics but i am sure those who have done such a modification would be able to steer me in the correct direction.
Cheers, James.
