dont see the similarity at all, myself..

no ones reputation was being questioned and no one was shooting their mouth off about things they have absolutely no idea about imho.

the only thing in common is the clown dishing out the sarcasm...

WTF haven't you got a pointless tyre thread to make somewhere?
well that was a nice bit of freindly sarcasim .....

Joker knows I'm not trying to stress him out I have just come out from the big bills my self. I was making the point that he is going to get a big bill...thats bloody obvious but if you had bothered to quote my second part as well..when I said it will all be worth it

If he was that upset why did he thank me?

exactly what i was thinking the other day...but it seem double standards get in the way of that ....IMHO.....

Glad its all back in one piece and going well. I would suggest that the trans kickdown cable is a little too tight, as the late upshift is an indication of that. Also, just check what hole the cable is attached to on the injector pump throttle lever, it may have been put in one of the outer ones, which effectively gives it more stroke therefore holding gears longer.
On the subject of running in, I agree just drive it normally on the road for a while first, no high revs and no low idle. Autos are good for running in engines.

So are you suggesting that I do?

I'm very interested with what goes on with jokers car, I have read his threads from beginning to end I have watched all his video's from his trips before his unfortunate mechanical problems. I think you need to hop down of that high donkey of yours and stop trying to be a good Samaritan by taking peoples words out of context just so you can put up yet another useless post trying to make your self look good and someone else look bad.

As for the friendly Sarcasm yes it was but you knew exactly that it was, becasue it was about you.

Now lets get back to joker thread........
