    Electrical gremlins

I'm currently having fun with some electrical gremlins and was wondering if anybody had any ideas!

When the headlights are on sidelights/dipped/main beam
and the hazards or an indicator on all lights flash very faintly, i only realised when i hooked my trailer up and they are more obvious than the ones on the car being led's (It's not the trailer, has been fully re-wired and checked on another vehicle)

I have cleaned and tested all earths that i can find

when measureing voltage across the negative there is a pulse of 0.8v running through it!

i have spent days chasing this and have come up with nothing!

doesn't matter if the car is running or stopped.

at least with oil leaks you can see them!!!!!

if its a d2 or better they have a computer geeky thing that pulses the power feed to make sure the bulbs are working.

I have a 97 D1 300TDI and I have had some initial trouble with lights and stuff, it was the fuzes, there are fuzes with set functions and fuzes that cover general or common circuits, ie a paticular circuit could have more that one fuse controlling it!! A good circuit tester and lots of patience good luck!!
