    Which Way to go?

    I Have purhased a 2003 disco......
    I dont know which way to go with my old disco?....
    Should i wreck it or sell it complete......
    Its a 1994 update manual has 235000 klms
    The Bad......
    the bonnet needs painting...
    roof lining sagged....
    The Good.....
    4.6 V8 Has done 60k(brand new block),ecu upgrade & Extractors.,free flowing exhaust..Reco Radiator... New 31 inch BFG Mud terrians......Fitted With 3 inch lift.(body & lifted king coils)..
    Long range fuel tank new fuel pump..,snake racing front radius arms.., cargo barrier.....
    Am i better off Selling as Parts? Advise needed....

    I had the same dilemma recently...wrecking ours would have returned more cash I'm sure, but that would have taken some time to achieve, and there's always stuff that no one wants left lying around. You also have to consider what the market is doing...does anyone want the Rover stuff at the moment? The motor should sell fast

    I chose to sell the lot, heavily discounted, but at least it will stay intact for some one else to enjoy. My view is sell it complete.

    I'd love some of that stuff fitted to my D1! only problem being that you are about as far away from me as you can possibly get within Australia. Other problem being, convincing the wife that I need all that stuff.

    The two problems of living in the North. the tirrany of distance and the missus, I think the missus is an issue everywhere though.

    P.S. when I can eventually afford one I will go down the 4.6 track as well
