I suggest you get them cleaned up and pressure tested , fit K-liners, new seals and open up valve throats slightly, three angle valve seats, fit new teflon valve stem seals (some advise to inlets only) light reface and refit with ARP studs. If you want more gas flow bulleted guides may help. Don't enlarge the ports, you'll lose torque.
If you still want more you can replace composite gaskets with tin ones to raise compression, or different cylinder heads which can be quite costly. Big valve Rover/TVR heads from stage 1 to 4 are available from a host of specialists here and abroad, or you can buy the new Merlin heads from Real Steel in the UK, or fit Buick 300 heads (alloy or cast iron), or wait until the new TA Performance Buick heads from the US are released.
