    thats the problem I have these days JC, leave for work at 7.15am and get home at 5.45pm so it doesnt leave much time to do or go anywhere

    I might be able to get SWMBO to drop it down to you but I cant promise the flat white

    have you got the bushes down there mate ????

    ummm, no. I will take the rod off the car and get her to drop it down to JC's.

    I am not keen driving it at the moment, it feels like the front end is held together with jelly

    girls car......maybe but at least it gets dirty

    I have only ever used poly's in the panhard rod as they give better steering repsonse and stand up to the constant load better than rubber bush's- this is the only place i would use poly's in a rover. Like all poly's if you use them in dusty conditions constantly the dust will cause them to chew out but they are easier to replace not needing a press. In Tas poly's will be fine.

    Just as an aside.. Why do people use copper slip as appose to something like a lock tite nickel grade anit seize?
