Rattle from glass in rear passenger doors

The Disco has started to emit a rattle from the rear passenger door glass. If I press the bottom of the glass near the bottom weather strip it actually moves in and out.

Whilst driving and it rattles and I place my hand against it it stops.
Before I start pulling the door trims off, has any one else had this and fixed it?
It's like it's rattling in the channel. Since they get little use, I couldn't imagine much wear in the rears?

    Hi

There is a bush that fails. It is on the window regulator, it sits in the channel that moves your window up and down. This could be your problem you need to pull the door trim of to inspect. this part is available for a couple of bucks from rovacraft
