    Tail lights 94-Disco

    Hi again all,
Trying to get this Discovery in Roadworthy condition.

I have tail-lights on the rear bumper-bar, but none on the actual car itself.
Have unpluged the loom from the rear tail light/blinker units and have no power on the red wire which i think is for the tail-lights.
    Any ideas

    Thanks again Luke

    G'day mate,

i had the same problem as i have a 95 d1 300tdi. some models came out with rear lights on just the bumper and some came out with both, correct me if im wrong anyone. the light on the car itself are the fog lights which you have a switch for on the left hand side just behind the steering wheel. what i did was just changed the globes over from 25watters to 5 watts and left the switch on and then you have both rear lights on the car and rear bumper as well.

    cheers simon

    Thanks a heap Simon,
Im new to Discovery's, have branched out from a string of rangies.
Didn't know about the rear fog light switch, just went and tested it, that red wire now has power coming through.
Problem solved, think i might do what you have done as those bumper lights aren't very big
