How did you go with a 200tdi setup.
I have a compressor out of a hilux but is
too tall to fit (will hit the bonnet).
    would be interested.

I haven't looked to much at the 200TDI setup yet. They use a sanden compressor mounted to the top of the timing case like the 300TDI motor setup. I have a 200TDI motor kicking around so I will be able to look at setting something up for the 200 TDI and "A" section belts and I might even be able to use the kit I have for the 3.5/3.9/4.4 V8 motor.

How does one modify the Sanden to run on grease?

I got a Sanden SD7 from a scrapper, turns out the right one is the SD5 with 5 cylinders. The 7cyl works with a wobbly plate and that will not work for airing wheels.
