Thread: sealant?sliders?wire?

what type of sealant do i use for thermostat gasket ? anything on the two bolts? Any members from the Toowoomba area > best place to get hold of some sliders? I also have one unconnected red wire sitting btween dizzy and alternator , whats it for and where,s it go, followed the wire back to the other end under the coil area ? 94 v8i
