    Only if it's a single axle with a loose coupling. There is also a big difference between no ball weight and 10% ball weight.

    Seems there are quite a few here who straight to the max TBW but since most of us are talking about single axle trailers there,s probably not many that can go over 1000kg anyway most box trailers either 6x4 or 7x4 are limited to 750kg nowhere near 150kg TBW needed for either of them. Most of us are driveing landies but could you imagine puting 8 to 10 bags of concrete in the boot of a falcon or commodore (160 to 200kg) and towing a trailer not very realistic.
