    According to Haynes manual.

Transfer box has a drain plug on the bottom and a filler plug on the side.

Locate plugs and remove to drain oil. Replace drain plug and fill until oil reaches the lip of the fill hole. Replace plug (Note: Do not over tighten filler plug as it has a tapered thread).

Transfer case uses Hypoid gear oil SAE80EP around 3 litres is required.

Gear box. What year is your vehicle? LT77's fitted 'til March '94, R380's post this.

Similar procedure for both but different! LT77 have an additional "housing extension drain plug" which needs to be removed to get all the fluid out.

Basically, same as transfer. Locate and remove fill/drain plugs. This time let it sit for at least 10 minutes to fully drain. Be careful when refitting filler plug as the thread is tapered.

You will need either a 1/2" drive socket wrench or a Torx bit of the correct size (manual doesn't specify) to remove filler plug.

Manual gear box uses Dexron IID ATF or better around 3 litres again.

    Edit: Just spotted that your's is a '91 so it's LT77.
