Heaps of them available. I have several spares. No need to hack at the blanking panels.
G'Day All,
Just fitted my nudge bar so now I can mount my spotties. Before I hack up one of the blanking switch to fit and aftermarket switch in it did any model S1Disco has factory fitted spot lights and therefore a factory switch I could use?
If so I'm after one ASAP.
Cheers.

neat install, keeps everything looking standard![]()
My rangies over the years and 98 disco have all had factory fitted rear fog lights. I don't know about early discos.
In the update disco I, the fog light switch is on the left side of the instrument nacelle. If you have an unused switch position on that side you could use a 2nd rear fog light switch for spot lights.
Yes I have a rear fog lights and switch but if there if a specific spot light switch I'd like to purchase one.
Send me a PM if you can help out.
Cheers
Yes there is on the Disco1 it is the same as the fog light switch just it sits on the opposite side panel. The wiring should be under the switch position and should be plug and play. I have both on mine
It'sNotWorthComplainging!,
I don't have the extra switch on mine. They are blanks. Maybe its related to the model? Its SE V8.
Can anyone point me into the right direction for getting one of these switches.
Thanks for the help so far.

I have fitted my spotties, both off the bullbar and the roof ones work off seprate switches in the instrument surround as discussed by a few others.
What I did was got two fog light switches off a wrecked Disco from my local Land Rover wrecker. From memory he charged me 10 bucks for the two. Make sure the switches you get latch on (ie push to turn on, holds the switch closed, then to turn off push it again). For some reason some of the fog light switches I have seen are only momentarily on (ie only turn on when you've got them pressed down, pretty useless as spotties switch).
Wiring them in then is a piece of cake, just like wiring in a normal light switch.
Works a treat and looks factory.
Cheers
